Returns
We do not accept returns, reimbursements, or exchanges on original artwork.
A return or exchange on other merchandise can be made within 15 days of purchase if it's in its original condition. We cannot accept returns on the following items: sale items, original artwork, seasonal goods, perishable goods, or one-of-a-kind items. We cannot reimburse the cost of shipping.
You must have a Return Authorization (RA) number to make a return. You can obtain your RA number by emailing us at elisa@edrummdesigns.com.
Shipping
We only ship within the United States. Our online store shipping rates are generated based on weight of purchased items.
